Executive Assistant to International Sports Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our International Sports Director in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements for our busy Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the International Sports Director, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including guests and clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to the Director's schedule.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- A good communicator with a sense of humor, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
