Job Title: Materials Planning Manager

Description:

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly skilled Materials Planning Manager to lead our EMEA raw materials planning operation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing supply chain excellence and ensuring seamless production capabilities across our rapidly expanding network.

As a Materials Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, raw material planning, and inventory levels. You will also lead a talented team of planners, optimize inventory levels, and drive service performance.

The ideal candidate will have significant material/supply planning experience, proven leadership capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and strong MRP knowledge. SAP experience is preferred, but not required. You will also have experience working in international, cross-functional teams and be familiar with EMEA customs and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Raw Material planners
  • Manage supplier relationships and raw material planning across EMEA
  • Drive optimization of inventory levels and service performance
  • Own MRP processes and purchase order lifecycle management
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
