At Cisco, we're seeking a skilled Materials Planning Manager to join our Services & Logistics Global Supply Planning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our customer experience and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and business requirements.
  • Source and deploy additional products to replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify potential shortages and expedite orders to mitigate risk.
  • Perform root cause analysis to drive business improvements.
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer delivery and handle partner concerns.
  • Provide solutions to complex supply chain issues and continually improve business outcomes.
  • Adhere to budget targets and effectively collaborate with customers, globally.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in demand planning and experience using planning software within a Services environment.
  • 3+ years of Service Supply Chain experience within a multi-national company (IT industry preferred).
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent and Business Level English.

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role, responsible for timely sourcing, replenishment, and balancing adequate levels of inventory within our Services Supply Chain to support customer needs, within budget.
