Materials Planning Specialist

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Materials Planning Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Logistics & Production Team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relations, handling customer orders, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as second-in-command of the Logistics & Production Team, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making
  • Manage supplier relations and handle customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Raise purchase orders and report product shipment transactions to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Assist with product running, reporting, and production planning to meet business objectives
  • Maintain and oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels

Requirements:

  • Experienced Materials/Production Controller from a manufacturing background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Data-driven with knowledge of ERP/MRP production control systems
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach when required to drive business results
