At Cisco, we seek an experienced Materials Planning Manager to join our established team of world-class supply chain professionals. This critical role is responsible for managing inventory investments to support our customers’ needs and exceed delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage optimal levels of stock to meet customer demand & business requirements throughout the life cycle of each product utilizing demand planning software.
  • Source & deploy additional products to replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify potential shortages and expedite orders to mitigate risk.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis.
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer delivery.
  • Handle partner concerns.
  • Provide solutions to complex supply chain issues.
  • Continually improve business outcomes.
  • Adhere to budget targets.
  • Effectively collaborate with customers, globally.

Requirements

  • You are an expert in the field of demand planning.
  • You are passionate, diligent, and attentive to detail.
  • You possess exceptional analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
  • You work well with others and can communicate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment across multiple geographies and cultures.

Preferred Skills

  • Demand Planning experience using planning software within a Services environment.
  • 3+ years of Service Supply Chain experience within a multi-national company (IT industry preferred)
  • BS / MS degree or equivalent
  • Business Level English
