We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to manage employee salary data, ensuring accurate and timely payments for approximately 6 employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Payroll environment and possess the necessary qualities to perform the role; trustworthy, honest, confidential, communicative, helpful, and responsive.

You will work with a team of payroll administrators to ensure documents are organized and payroll-related items are handled appropriately.

You will be required to provide information and answer employee/manager questions about all payroll-related matters.

Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of payroll for employees

Prepare weekly, monthly reports

Review and abide by company policies and procedures

Ensure all payroll transactions are checked fully for accuracy

Identify and resolve payroll errors

Accomplish required tasks promptly

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to remain level-headed with difficult queries or tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in a Finance/Accounting environment would be advantageous
