Compliance Administrator

Office Angels is partnering with a Children Service Provider in Bradford to find a skilled Compliance Administrator to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support our team with all aspects of compliance administration. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and a bonus exposure to compliance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all ongoing applications are kept up to date, including DBS checks, references, ID, and missing information are chased regularly.
- Keep spreadsheets and databases up to date, analyzing and interpreting data when requested.
- Attend meetings when needed and quality assure completed applicant files in a timely manner.
- Ensure all leavers and employee changes are logged internally and liaise with payroll to ensure accurate payments.
- Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in administration of ongoing projects.
- Perform all aspects of administration related to the post, including filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, dealing with internal and external post, answering phones, taking messages, data inputting, auditing, collation of material, diary management, and chasing missing paperwork.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administration role, with exposure to compliance administration a bonus.
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines.
- Understand the confidentiality of all documents and be IT literate, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
