Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Vallum team, you will be responsible for managing and running our monthly payroll, ensuring timely payments to our colleagues. You will also liaise with our managed services payroll provider to maintain a strong and productive relationship, and work closely with our finance team to ensure seamless communication.

Payroll Administration
  1. Manage changes to colleague details, including address, contact information, and salaries.
  2. Track changes to working hours, tax codes, and probation status of colleagues.
  3. Oversee the payroll onboarding process for new colleagues.
Benefits Administration

You will be responsible for managing the administration of colleague benefits, including healthcare, company cars, and other benefits. You will also maintain confidentiality controls over GDPR-protected data.

Record Keeping and Compliance

You will keep up-to-date records of our payroll documents and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner. Experience in the Energy or Oil & Gas domain is highly desirable.
