About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers, keeping them updated on new product releases and stock availability, and encouraging additional orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and effective product presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Assist with sales order processing and ensure smooth order delivery in collaboration with Customer Services.
  • Present new products effectively and align with seasonal launches and buying schedules.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including spreadsheets and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Zoom or Teams for presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £23k-£25k depending on experience.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.00.
