We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving our customers with a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Providing quotes, following up on customer enquiries, and developing sales leads to increase branch sales and profit.
- Staying up to date with relevant paperwork and administration to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to advise customers on the best products available.
- Ensuring product displays and shop areas are fully stocked and appealing to our customers.
- Supporting other sales colleagues to ensure they are able to reach their targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar industry or a good knowledge of building materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to advise customers on the best products available.
