About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at the Huws Gray Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving our customers with a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Providing quotes, following up on enquiries and developing sales leads to increase branch sales and profit.
- Keeping up to date with any relevant paperwork and administration to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to advise customers on the best products available.
- Ensuring product displays and shop areas are fully stocked and appealing to our customers.
- Supporting other sales colleagues to ensure they are able to reach their targets.
