Financial Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team at Bolt-On Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential sales and achieving branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and driving residential sales growth.
- Identify new opportunities for sales and conduct property valuations using market research.
- Actively refer business opportunities across departments to maximise sales potential.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency and negotiating sales.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maximise sales opportunities.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to sales.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm.
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am – 4:30pm (with a day off in lieu).
