Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Psychological Support Practitioner to join our mental health liaison team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. In this role, you will provide critical support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals in Salisbury Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and care planning services for patients with undifferentiated mental health and psychological problems.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Design and deliver educational programs for nursing and non-nursing staff on mental health and wellbeing.
About the Salary

The salary for this position is £34,600 - £40,797 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality mental health services.
