A new opportunity has arisen for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at the Spires Cleft Centre in Salisbury. This exciting role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide psychological support to children, young people, adults, and families affected by cleft lip and/or palate.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Psychology and experience of research methods and statistics. They will be responsible for collecting, scoring, and inputting data into relevant databases, as well as supporting work with individuals experiencing psychological distress related to their condition or treatment.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to national data sets and work under the supervision of a part-time clinical psychologist. You will also have a working relationship with a clinical psychology colleague based in Oxford.

Our organisation offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and a generous pension scheme.

Person Specification:
  • Honours degree in Psychology (main subject) at 2.1 or above
  • Experience of research methods and statistics as practised within the field of Clinical Psychology
  • HCPC Qualification
