Senior Mental Health Nurse

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mental Health Nurse to join their team at Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care and associated duties of an allocated team of Nurses and Support Workers.
- Develop and implement individual patient programs of care, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation.
- Conduct Return to Work and Sickness interviews, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in staff and patient meetings, attending training sessions as required.
- Current Pin Number as an RMN/RNLD.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
