Eden Court Highlands is a leading arts organization in the Highlands, delivering creative arts projects and facilitating civic conversations across the region. We are seeking an Arts and Culture Facilitator to join our team for a fixed term of 9 months between February and October.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to develop their experience as a theatre practitioner and facilitator, working closely with our vibrant and ambitious creative learning and participation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative arts projects and facilitating civic conversations in various communities across the Highlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver creative arts projects and facilitate civic conversations in various communities across the Highlands
  • Work closely with our creative learning and participation department to develop and deliver high-quality programs
  • Collaborate with our brilliant team and freelancers to deliver projects and activities

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in delivering creative arts projects and facilitating civic conversations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
