CVS Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
