Customer Service Team Manager

Animed Direct is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of supervisors and indirect reports to deliver high-standard service-level (SLA) targets.
  • Install and maintain KPIs for direct and indirect reports that match the goals of the department and business.
  • Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the contact centre and that all SLAs are achieved each day.
  • Oversee delivery of support across multiple channels of communications: telephone, emails, social media, feedback, online (live chat, FAQ, etc.).
  • Produce and present weekly reports on contact centre performance to the Head of Customer Operations and the Animed Direct Senior leadership team when required.
  • Manage the upkeep and changes of the Animed IVR and workflows.
  • Decide weekly/monthly objectives for your supervisors to run incentives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in Customer Service leadership roles in B2C sectors.
  • Customer-centric view on service delivery.
  • Good understanding of a modern retail operation, preferably with services and products provided via online.
  • Strong leadership & management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful line leadership of the call-centre environment.
  • High affinity for data, aiming for statistical objectivity and precision in measuring performance and reporting on KPIs.
  • Good technical level of operating with multiple sophisticated IT systems and platforms.
  • Be equally comfortable operating at a strategic level or to get into the weeds and execute at a tactical level to help and inspire your reports.
  • A pro-active self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and collaborative nature.
