Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver training programs for new retail security officers
* Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new officers with company policies, procedures, and expectations
* Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of security personnel
* Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
* Ensure that all security officers are trained in the latest security protocols and industry standards
* Work closely with the Retail Security Account Manager to identify training needs and gaps
* Maintain training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in security training, particularly within the retail sector
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* A relevant training or security qualification is desirable
* A valid DS SIA Security Licence is required
