We are seeking a highly experienced Security Training Manager to join our team, working closely with one of our prestigious retail clients. As a Security Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new retail security officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of security personnel.
  • Conduct induction sessions to familiarise new officers with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Ensure that all security officers are trained in the latest security protocols and industry standards.
  • Work closely with the Retail Security Account Manager to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in security training, particularly within the retail sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A relevant training or security qualification is desirable.
  • A valid DS SIA Security Licence is required.
