We are seeking a talented Business Partner to join our team at the United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory Limited. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business development or operations role, preferably in the nuclear sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
