United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory Limited is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the nuclear sector, driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

You'll work closely with various departments and their senior leaders to deliver high-quality HR services, supporting the growth and development of our organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert business partnering, supporting specific business areas with HR initiatives that align with our HR strategy.
  • Influencing leadership decision-making and behaviours in line with HR policy, employment legislation, and our company's leadership and values frameworks.
  • Developing and implementing organisational change strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Working closely with Heads of Department to develop and implement skills and capability plans, ensuring our workforce has the necessary skills to meet our business objectives.

We offer a highly competitive salary of around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
