Your Career Journey

As a software engineer on our graduate scheme, you will embark on a two-year journey that combines hands-on experience, formal training, and mentorship. You will work on a range of projects, from feasibility studies to system design, development, testing, and deployment.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Our graduate programme is designed to help you develop your technical skills, personal brand, and professional network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software solutions for various applications, including SharePoint, desktop applications, and enterprise cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work on feasibility studies, system design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address complex challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 2:1 or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computing, or Digital-related fields.
  • The right to work in the UK, with at least 5 years' residency and SC-level security clearance.
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and motivation to discover more about yourself and our business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
