We are expanding our Human Factors team to meet the growing demand in the nuclear industry. As a Junior, Senior or Principal Human Factors Assessor, you will work in multi-disciplinary teams to define, implement, test and justify the role operator in high hazard environments.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, be self-motivated, and have previous experience in Human Factors. For Senior and Principal roles, great communication skills and expertise in Human Factors are required.

Our salary package includes up to £47,995 for Junior Human Factors Assessors, up to £72,704 for Senior Human Factors Assessors, and up to £79,482 for Principal Human Factors Assessors.
