About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Chiswick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth running, organisation and set up of all meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings and related business events.
  • Lead and motivate a team, training and developing staff in line with company policies and SOP manual.
  • Forecast and roster according to budget and business levels.
  • Implement high standards and procedures to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through effective planning and operations.
  • Utilise excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to drive team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of training, motivating and managing a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Experience with large and small events, from start to finish.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work midweek, weekends and evenings as required.
