As a **Conference & Banqueting Team Member **you will ensure that each and every guest that eats or drinks in our ballroom or meeting room has a breath-taking experience. You will of course be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories.

**What will you be doing?**
- Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Serving customers.
- Operating the till.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain standards and have great attention to details.
- General cleaning duties.
- Previous experience gained in similar environment.
- Passionate about customer service and great quality food and drinks.
- Undertake the preparation, setting up, service and clearing for conferences.
- Set up meeting rooms as per guests’ requirements.
- As part of a team, ensure post event area has a full clean down.
- Depending on nature of catering e.g., buffets, or seated dinners, provide the appropriate level of service as per standard, ensuring that there is sufficient food and guests are served efficiently as per booking request.
