About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programme Excellence to drive operational excellence through building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of an effective programme governance function across multiple delivery teams.
  2. Oversee critical programmes, managing risks and issues while ensuring alignment with NCC Group's high standards.
  3. Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor the delivery health of critical customer engagements.
  4. Lead and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication, organisation, and people management skills.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
