Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Supermarket Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including food and drink trends, to provide customers with informed advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment, ensuring that the shop floor is well-organized and maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and drink trends and products.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
