About the Position:
As a Quantity Surveyor with Galliford Try, you will play a key role in delivering commercial excellence on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our line managers to manage subcontract works packages, produce commercial notices, and ensure site records are maintained to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading principal contractor and contribute to our ambitious growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontract works packages, including negotiation of terms and conditions, prices, and programme.
  • Produce commercial notices, reports, and Cost Value Reconciliations as required by the business unit or project.
  • Liaise with operational and engineering staff to ensure site records are kept accurate.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will require strong IT skills, excellent communication capabilities, and solid knowledge of construction processes. A professional qualification such as MCIOB or MRICS is desirable, along with relevant degree experience and exposure to large-scale projects.
