Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of major infrastructure projects across London and the South East, working closely with project managers, engineers, and site staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Assist project managers and engineers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
  2. Site Support: Provide administrative support to site staff, including maintaining records, updating project programmes, and ensuring contractual targets are met.
  3. Logistics: Assist with project logistics, including procurement, delivery coordination, and inventory management.
  4. Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly payment applications and ensure accurate documentation of project progress.
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
Salary and Benefits
