Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of our digital services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain our digital services across Oxfordshire, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of digital infrastructure and field engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
