Job Title: IT Infrastructure Management Professional

Rygor Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Management Professional to lead the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing a team while ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of all networks, servers, and cloud environments meet business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT service delivery team and business departments to support the company's technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on IT systems life cycle management, from design through to implementation and management.
  • Track and report on infrastructure costs, working with our infrastructure partners to recommend suitable solutions/improvements that are effective and in line with the IT Strategy.
  • Manage customer/project requirements within agreed deliverables and budget and ensure the effective transition from project closure to operational support.
  • Manage the technical relationship with our customers by providing advice on the selection, acquisition, and implementation of IT systems across the group.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT systems, minimising downtime and optimising system performance.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation for the IT Infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT Infrastructure from external and internal threats.

Requirements:
  • You are computer literate with experience of using IT systems including MS Office 365 programs regularly in a business environment.
  • You have previous experience in an IT infrastructure management role - preferred.
  • You have experience of 1st and 2nd line support.
  • You have an understanding of IP and networking.
  • You possess a computing or IT support qualification.
  • You have Microsoft Certified Professional accreditations.
