About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring our children receive tailored support.
  • Participate in household duties, including meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of a safe and healthy environment.
  • Record and report on our children's progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable children.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
