Children's Residential Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced OFSTED Registered Manager to lead and manage our residential children's home in Warrington. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for the children in our care, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the residential children's home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Supervise and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the home is meeting the required standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted home, working in residential care for children with learning disabilities.
- Hold or be willing to achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of current legislation, including Children's regulations, The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters, and experience of dealing with inspections.
- A full driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.
