We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to oversee the daily operations of our 4-bedroom children's residential home. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, leading and managing the staff team, developing and implementing therapeutic care plans, and conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions.
