* Manage the home's operations, including staff supervision and management
* Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards
* Develop and implement care plans for residents

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or equivalent
* Knowledge of current legislation, including Children's regulations and The Quality Standards
* Good understanding of the role of Ofsted and experience of dealing with inspections
