About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment (Leicester) in a full-time, permanent position. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Log and coordinate all customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Source and negotiate raw materials, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sage or similar processing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or SME environment.
