About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our UK Hi-Performance Division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, building and establishing relationships with our largest clients, and supporting them in line with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular commercial and service reports, updates, and support during tender updates and new proposals
  • Identify new growth areas and drive performance through engagement and awareness
  • Work with our innovation teams to identify ways to support customers and deliver a fantastic customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven success, knowledge, and experience managing large accounts in a sales or account management role
  • Full driving license
  • Strong ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to deal with conflict and challenge both externally and internally
  • Proven success, knowledge, and experience of analyzing and initiating actions based on financial insights and understanding
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders around the business
  • Ability to deliver dynamic and professional presentations

Location

This is a full-time, home-based role with travel to sites in Birmingham, Hinckley, Sheerness, Wirral, and other customer sites as required.
