- About the Role:
Adecco UK Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their facilities in Hindley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines, and coordinating maintenance and repair projects to keep the site in excellent condition. - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure the site is kept in excellent condition.
- Oversee cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Lead and supervise a team of site staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure the security of the school site at all times.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
