Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. Your responsibilities will include undertaking planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance work.
You will work independently or under the supervision of the Facilities Manager/Team Leader or as an assistant to a maintenance tradesman. The job requires ensuring all works have been recorded on completion in compliance with the contract conditions.
The role involves servicing and repairing doors, windows, general building fabric, and plumbing systems. You will also undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client.
The salary for this role is estimated at £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
