Salary

The salary for this role is £21,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays, flexible working arrangements, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.

Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Support Professional will be responsible for providing janitorial services on a full-time basis in support of the school community. The role will involve a range of tasks, including cleaning, maintenance, and repair of facilities, as well as providing a high level of customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications. They will also need to be physically fit, as porterage and other heavy lifting forms a large part of the role, and be prepared to work outdoors in inclement weather.
