With a recent investment and an exciting roadmap of new products and services, we're looking for talented individuals to join us on this journey. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.

The Role

As a key member of our Sales Team, you'll research and identify new prospects, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and our product fit. Your goal will be to book well-qualified discovery calls for our Sales Executives to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and research companies that match our buyer profiles
  • Engage with prospects using a tailored approach that cuts through the noise
  • Qualify leads and ensure a good fit for our product
  • Work with our marketing team to strike the right balance between automation and personalization
  • Book discovery calls for our Sales Executives
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. Here are some key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS
  • Consistent record of hitting new business KPIs
  • Understanding of and success in deploying various outbound sales tactics across multiple channels
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Confident and tenacious with a motivation to exceed expectations
  • Curious and always asking the right questions
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable with stakeholder interactions
  • Knowledge of or interest in accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and the digital world
