Director of Inclusive Education

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of SEN to join our dynamic team at The Progress Group in Northamptonshire.
The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification, National Award for SEN Co-ordination, and degree or equivalent, with experience teaching across the secondary age range.
As a creative and adaptable leader, you will inspire and motivate students, setting high expectations for student behavior and outcomes in an alternative education environment.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
