Job Title: Tenancy Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenancy Services Manager to join our Housing Management Department at Ashfield District Council.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery and development of high-quality housing tenancy services, including Tenancy/Estate Management, Anti-Social Behaviour, and Specialist Housing Support.
  • Provide clear direction to your team and work with other departments and agencies to ensure our tenants live in safe and good quality homes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through a sound understanding of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the social housing sector with a track record of leading frontline services.
  • Ability to create effective relationships with tenants and provide clear direction to your team.
  • Knowledge of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.
