Tenancy Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenancy Services Manager to join our Housing Management Department at Ashfield District Council.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading frontline services in the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality housing tenancy services, including Tenancy/Estate Management, Anti-Social Behaviour and Specialist Housing Support
  • Leading on improving services to deliver the best outcomes for residents
  • Creating positive and effective relationships with tenants through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working with other departments and agencies to ensure tenants live in safe and good quality homes

The role offers a generous level of annual leave, agile working, and a Local Authority Pension.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator, able to provide clear direction to your team and work collaboratively with others.
