Tenancy Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Tenancy Services team, responsible for delivering high-quality housing tenancy services to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of tenancy services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of tenancy services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve services and deliver the best outcomes for residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenancy services, including anti-social behaviour and specialist housing support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the social housing sector, with a track record of leading frontline services.
  • Strong understanding of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and partners.
