Job Summary

V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team in a Temp - LNA - Long Term Care Evenings position in Claremont, NH. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver basic nursing care and restorative care to residents, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Attend report prior to starting resident care and keep licensed personnel informed of significant observations and environmental conditions.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, and administer specified skin care treatments according to facility protocol.
  • Provide assistance with ambulation, movement, and nutrition, including feeding, hydration, toileting, and bowel/bladder training.
  • Ensure a safe environment for staff and residents by reacting to emergency situations and protecting resident rights.
  • Obtain knowledge of Resident Care Plans and comply with established nursing standards and policies.
  • Identify and utilize infection control techniques and respect residents' spiritual beliefs.
Requirements
  • 1 year current experience as a Caregiver or Nursing Assistant.
  • Must be willing to float and work varied shifts.
  • Previous travel experience and rural/small facility experience are highly preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • New Hampshire state license.
Additional Requirements
  • Must have a valid NH or Compact license at the time of submission.
  • Weekend and holiday coverage required, with every other weekend and holiday shifts.
