Superbeo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Claremont, NH.
In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities, promoting resident well-being, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team by attending report sessions, communicating resident observations, and addressing any concerns.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and administering skin care treatments.
- Provide support with ambulation, range of motion exercises, positioning, transferring, feeding, hydration, toileting, and other essential needs.
- Ensure a secure environment by responding to emergencies according to facility protocols, redirecting wandering residents, and preventing falls.
- Adhere to established nursing standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining resident confidentiality and privacy.
- Implement infection control techniques and respect the spiritual beliefs of residents.
- Encourage resident participation in their care based on their individual capabilities.
- Minimum 3 years of current experience as an LNA within the past six months.
- Willingness to float to different units or floors as needed.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in rural or small facilities is beneficial.
- Current New Hampshire LNA license and BLS certification (AHA).
- Complete a Skills Checklist pertinent to the position, current within the past year.
- Provide a Supervisory Signed Reference from within the last two years of employment.
- Upload your background check results at the time of profile submission.
This position requires every other weekend and holiday coverage. Travelers must be willing to work all holidays, including the weekend before if needed.
