About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
  • Leading by example, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within our care home
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

  • A valid NMC PIN number
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
  • A commitment to our values of kindness, compassion, and respect
