Job Summary

Abacus Consulting seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various finance-related tasks, including transaction processing, credit control, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including sales and purchase invoices.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial reports, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
